Parental controls troubleshooting

Today i opened a box of new WAVLINK router and finished setting it up and there i choose the parental controls options and there i selected internet allowed times from 1:00AM to 12:00AM and kept the kids devices in the parental controls and i turned on the parental controls option but what happened is the internet stooped working in those kids devices even at the time internet allowed in the options

I tried re setup too but it still had the same problem
