Unable to find the IP address of the waplogin.link server.

I purchased an AX3000 WL-WN588HX3, serial number: MJ06HL0100443.

I’m unable to access the internal configuration interface—whether via a wired connection to a PC, over Wi-Fi, or from a smartphone. I’ve tried multiple web browsers, but none work.

The device does respond to ping 192.168.30.1 in both wired and Wi-Fi modes:

Reply from 192.168.30.1: bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=64

However, when I enter the IP address in a browser, it is automatically redirected to:

http://waplogin.link/login.html

and I get the following error:

> This site can’t be reached

> The server IP address for waplogin.link could not be found.

I’ve already tried resetting the device twice, without success. The result is the same whether I’m using a wired PC, Wi-Fi with different browsers, or a smartphone.

Hey there! This issue is almost definitely from DNS mess caused by multiple network adapters — like if your device is connected to more than one network at once (say, your PC has both a wired connection and Wi-Fi on, or a virtual machine adapter running), the different DNS settings from each adapter clash. That’s why your device can’t figure out how to resolve the waplogin.link domain. My suggestion: Turn off all other network connections except the one that’s hooked up to the router (so for a PC, disable Wi-Fi/virtual adapters; for a phone, turn off mobile data). Stick to just one network adapter when trying to access the admin page, then give it another shot!
