Unable to Add/Pair my new Cube Air X3 nodes to my existing Halo Pulse 3 network

I am having trouble pairing my new Cube Air X3 Mesh nodes to my existing Halo Pulse 3 System. I have the new Node positioned less than 6 inches from the Pulse Main Router Node. and It will not pair, and I cannot do an add through the app or my computer logged into the Wavlink itself.. the new Cube Nodes are never found. I have tried all 3 nodes all with same result. No Bueno.

I have tried resetting to factory default settings for everything. even the existing Main node. I have followed every helpful hint I could find on the internet to try. Nothing works. are these devices not compatible? Pairing doesn’t work, resetting doesn’t work. I am at a loss for how I can add these new nodes. Hopefully someone can help me before I go completely crazy trying to figure this out.

Here is why it isn't working: Different Mesh Protocols: Wavlink restricts mesh pairing to devices within the exact same series or specific compatible chipset families. The Halo Pulse 3 and the Cube Air X3 series use different internal mesh protocols. Even if they share similar specs (like Wi-Fi 6), they simply don't speak the same "mesh language." Series Limitations: According to Wavlink's own documentation, the Halo Pulse system "extends to a maximum 10 other mesh devices of the same series". The official supported pairing list for the Pulse line only includes specific models (like other Halo Pulse units, MIGHTY EX, or AERIAL models), and the Cube Air nodes are not on that interoperability list. Because they are fundamentally incompatible for a wireless mesh backhaul, no amount of factory resetting or close-proximity pairing will get the main node to "find" them. It's a hardware limitation, not user error! Your Options Moving Forward: Exchange for Compatible Nodes: To get a seamless wireless mesh, your best option is to return the Cube Air X3 nodes and purchase add-on nodes specifically from the Halo Pulse line. Wired Access Point Mode: If returning them isn't an option, you can still use them by running an Ethernet cable from your main router to the new nodes and setting them up in Access Point (AP) mode. It won't give you the seamless "smart roaming" of a true mesh, but it will expand your Wi-Fi coverage.
